Schedule Overview

In the Schichtplaner program, a schedule is understood to be a database that, in addition to the actual planning such as the recorded shifts and absences, also stores the managed employees and the predefined shift and leave types.

The users who are allowed to access the schedule are not stored in the schedule database.

In contrast, user rights, which determine which employees a user is allowed to access and what rights they have (read-only or also write), are part of the schedule.

Multiple schedules can be managed independently.
