The Schichtplaner App is an application for convenient staff scheduling in companies and organizations of all sizes and industries.

The app is available for mobile systems (Android, iOS) and for all common browsers.

No special knowledge is required to operate it.

Thanks to its simple and clear structure, even inexperienced users can work productively with the program after a short time.

Schedules can be created and managed for any number of employees.

An absence management feature is included.

For better clarity, employees can be divided into groups (e.g., departments, work groups, qualifications).

Since shift and leave types can be freely defined, the program can be largely adapted to individual requirements.

To simplify scheduling, (cyclically repeating) shift cycles can be defined, which can be assigned to individual or all employees over any period of time.

The integrated user management system allows for targeted control of access to a schedule for any number of users.

The app's language can be switched between German and English.
