Schedule Configuration Overview
Before you can work productively with the program and start with scheduling, some basic steps need to be completed.
This includes defining shift and leave types as well as recording employees.
You can sort employees into as many groups as you like.
To connect shifts to a workplace, locations or activities must be defined for them.
To schedule employees according to a fixed rolling shift rhythm, shift cycles can be created.
You can freely enter the public holidays that apply at your location .
Note: It is recommended to set up the program in the order described below, as relationships to other data can be specified for some data.
For example, you can assign employees to existing groups during the data entry process.
Subsequent changes and additions are possible at any time.
