Buy User Licenses
You can purchase user licenses on the following page:
https://app.schichtplaner.com/licenses
There you will find further information such as the license price, the licensing model and the payment terms.
To purchase, specify the number of licenses you wish to acquire.
You use your email address and password to identify yourself as the buyer of the licenses.
You will receive an invoice for your purchase.
Please enter your desired billing address in the corresponding fields.
If you wish to provide additional information such as an order number or a different email address for invoice delivery, you can enter it in the note field .
If you want the newly acquired user licenses to be automatically assigned to the users in your duty rosters, select the Autoassign licenses option .
Click Buy to purchase the user licenses.
Notes:
You can use the licenses immediately after purchase.
You will receive an invoice for your purchase via email (by default to the email address of your user account).
If licenses are to be assigned automatically and you have purchased fewer licenses than you have users in your schedules, the licenses will be assigned according to the following priority:
- Owner
- Administrators
- Other users
If users have the same role, those who were created first have priority.
