License Management Overview
After creating your user account, you can test the software for 3 months with your own schedules without obligation and invite other users to collaborate on the schedules.
After the trial period expires, you will need a license for each user who needs to access your schedules.
Notes:
The owner of a duty roster also needs a license to open the schedule.
For licensing purposes, it makes no difference whether a user accesses a schedule only in read-only mode or also in write-mode .
A user can only access one schedule at a time with a single license.
If the same user needs to view or edit multiple schedules owned by you, there are two options:
You give him a separate license for each schedule, or
You manually assign him an existing license before opening a different schedule.
A user who only accesses schedules owned by other users does not need to purchase a license themselves. Ein Benutzer, der nur auf fremde Dienstpläne zugreift, muss selber keine Lizenz erwerben.
Licensing is the responsibility of the schedule owner.
