Connection
The Schichtplaner application connects to the database server exclusively via an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).
This requires that the database server has an SSL certificate for encryption.
A self-signed certificate is sufficient.
Database servers typically generate such a certificate automatically.
You can determine whether a valid certificate exists for an encrypted connection using the following query:
SHOW STATUS LIKE 'Ssl_server_not%';
If a valid SSL certificate is not already present, you must install one.
Please refer to your database server's documentation for instructions.
In order for the application and database servers to connect, the database server must allow a connection from the application server (IP address: 3.127.186.43).
If a firewall is active on the database server that restricts access, ensure that an exception is set up for access from the application server.
