The data_surcharge_type table contains the surcharge types.
Table Description

| name | varchar(100) | Surcharge type name Must not be empty |
| position | int | Position in the display order Default value: 0 |
| start_at | time | Start time Default value: 00:00 |
| end_at | time | End time Default value: 00:00 |
| date | date | Validity date or NULL if the surcharge type is valid on the selected weekdays Default value: NULL |
| on_monday | tinyint | 1, if the surcharge type is not valid on a fixed date, but on Monday Default value: 1 |
| on_tuesday | tinyint | 1, if the surcharge type is not valid on a fixed date, but on Tuesday Default value: 1 |
| on_wednesday | tinyint | 1, if the surcharge type is not valid on a fixed date, but on Wednesday Default value: 1 |
| on_thursday | tinyint | 1, if the surcharge type is not valid on a fixed date, but on Thursday Default value: 1 |
| on_friday | tinyint | 1, if the surcharge type is not valid on a fixed date, but on Friday Default value: 1 |

| holiday_rule | tinyint | Holiday rules apply if the surcharge type is valid on the selected weekdays. Possible values:

| deleted | tinyint | 1 for deleted entry, otherwise 0. Default value: 0 |
| set_null_on_delete | tinyint | Must be set to NULL if the entry is deleted, otherwise to 1. Default value: 1 |
