Table data_membership
The data_membership table contains the group assignments of the employees.
Table Description

| membership_id | int | Primary key (Auto value) Unique record ID |
| employee_id | int | Foreign key to table data_employee Identifies the associated employee |
| group_id | int | Foreign key to table data_group Identifies the associated group |
| start | date | Membership start date, NULL for indefinite start Default value: NULL |
| end | date | Membership end date, NULL for indefinite end Default value: NULL |
| rate | int | Membership rate in percent Default value: 100 |
| deleted | tinyint | 1 for deleted entry, otherwise 0. Default value: 0 |
| set_null_on_delete | tinyint | Must be set to NULL if the entry is deleted, otherwise to 1. Default value: 1 |
