The data_holiday table contains the public holidays.
Table Description

| time_of_day | tinyint | Time of day. Possible values:

| deleted | tinyint | 1 for deleted entry, otherwise 0. Default value: 0 |
| set_null_on_delete | tinyint | Must be set to NULL if the entry is deleted, otherwise to 1. Default value: 1 |
