The data_workplace table contains the workplaces.
Table Description

| workplace_id | int | Primary key (Auto value) Unique record ID |
| name | varchar(100) | Workplace name Must not be empty |
| short_name | varchar(100) | Short name of the workplace Must not be empty |
| position | int | Position in the display order Default value: 0 |
| hidden | tinyint | 1 if the workplace should be hidden in lists, otherwise 0 Default value: 0 |
| deleted | tinyint | 1 for deleted entry, otherwise 0. Default value: 0 |
| set_null_on_delete | tinyint | Must be set to NULL if the entry is deleted, otherwise to 1. Default value: 1 |

| created_at | timestamp(6) | Record creation time Default value: current time |
