Table data_group
The data_group table contains the employee groups.
Table Description

| parent_group_id | int | Foreign key to table data_group Identifies the parent group. NULL represents the topmost group (root group). |

| color_name_fg | char(6) | Text color for names Default value: 000000 |

Notes:
- There can only be one root group, i.e., only one group may have the value NULL for the parent_group_id column.
- The parent group must not be the group itself or a subordinate group.
