Table data_absence

The data_absence table contains the absences of the employees.

Table Description

Column Data type Description
absence_id int Primary key (Auto value)
Unique record ID
employee_id int Foreign key to table data_employee
Identifies the associated employee
leave_type_id int Foreign key to table data_leave_type
Identifies the associated leave type
date date Validity date
time_of_day tinyint Absence time. Possible values:
  • 0: all day
  • 1: in the morning
  • 2: afternoon
  • 3: as specified in the fields start_at and end_at
Default value: 0
start_at time Start of absence when time_of_day has the value 3.
Default value: 00:00
end_at time End of absence when time_of_day has the value 3.
Default value: 00:00
plan_type tinyint Plan in which the absence is valid. Possible values:
  • 0: Actual plan
  • 1: Target plan
Default value: 0
deleted tinyint 1 for deleted entry, otherwise 0.
Default value: 0
transaction_id bigint unsigned For internal use only
created_at timestamp(6) Record creation time
Default value: current time
updated_at timestamp(6) Last record update time
Default value: current time

Note: The absence period must not include a day change.
